Located opposite the famous Enmore Theatre, Kaiza is where Izakaya dreams are made of. Headed by Chef Jason Nguyen of ex-Chuuka fame, this fast and furious izakaya brings traditional Japanese cuisine but with the flavours and influences of Nguyen's Vietnamese heritage.

Highlights include Wagyu Tataki with Vietnamese mint chimichurri, fried garlic and micro red radish the Hokkaido Scallops with Mentaiko mayo, Aosa nori, black Tobbiko and Ito Togarashi or the Renkon Chip with spicy nori salt and Japanese Mayo.
